Yeah, I checked 3/19 djr & Skeeter & others who drilled holes in the end plate - I might try that since I could easily plug them back up if I didn't like it. pb on 4/25 apparently pulled the entire baffle, I'm leery of this since I did it to on a car years ago and "egged" the exhaust valves in short order - insufficient backpressure.

I guess I'm looking for is a more permanent and ....I hate to use the word .."sophisticated" way to achieve better sound & performance out of the factory system. I guess that if this was possible, the engineers at Suzuki would have thought of it already. Maybe I'm just pissin'against the wind here!!

I have access to a complete machine and welding shop where I work (community college)so I could do more than simple shade-tree garage level work.
